Here I am gonna share my experience of using Linux based Operating System for the first time.
Now All Info Given By Me is an old experience so some details can be faded to explain.
By Operating System I am Want To Consider The Desktop Operating System Not Mobile Operating System Named Android.
My Name is Shrikant and I Live in India. Normally in my life I had the dream to become a software engineer or something similar to that not confirmed still now.
The Time When I Used The Linux Desktop Operating System Was Nearly 3 Years Ago Between 2017 to 2018 maybe.
In My College i was In First Year of Computer Application Degree Course and at the end of that college year my college was renovating also. with college our college's library was also being renovated now on that year I was Learning Subject Related to Coding Like DBMS, C, C++, etc., but after the renovation of library i got to use linux system.
The Situation Was that I Had to Make a PDF file for giving out to teacher for some reason. so for that i gone to my computer department but all the computers are occupied (My Computer Department's all PC had the Operating System Windows 10 Education Only). So i had to go to Library's Newly Opened Computer System for Whole College.
I Gone to One Computer And Turned On It. It Was Completely Brown and It's Bar of Application was Left Side It Was Ubuntu Operating System. As Compared to the Computers of Our Computer Department The Animation The Response, The Speed Was Fabulous. Must Be Because of the large RAM and ROM of that PC.
For A First Time I Thought It was an some old version of windows something like windows 8 maybe or whatever but it was not as weird as windows 8.
Now My College Had No reason to install the Linux on that Computer Systems At All. Because Nobody Asked Or Suggested using the New Operating System. But I Understood that our college for cutting the budget of renovating the library they used the free operating system. By which They don't had to purchase any license of windows at all.
The Operating System was elegant to use and fast to response because it was Ubuntu Linux 18.1 LTS.
Ubuntu is the modern, open source operating system on Linux for the enterprise server, desktop, cloud, and IoT.
I will Tell More About My Experience With Ubuntu in Next Post
